Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and promotional discounts work for TenEightOne OP, operated by TenEightOne Ventures, LLC. We keep it simple and clear.
Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before your next billing cycle. Canceling stops all future billing, but does not automatically refund prior charges. You keep access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a review, email support@teneightone.com.
Promotional Discounts
Promotional discounts apply only as stated in the specific offer. In particular:
OPFOUNDERS gives 50% off the first month only.
OPFOUNDERS cannot be redeemed after August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and apply only to the discount and duration described in the offer.
Chargebacks, Fraud & Abuse
Chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service or of promotional offers may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage you to contact us first at support@teneightone.com so we can resolve any billing concern directly.
