Your Executive Team

Nine directors. One team. Every angle.

Each director owns a part of your Amazon business and watches it continuously. Ask any of them a question in plain English, or let them come to you in the morning brief.

They are AI, not people — named and given remits so you know where a question belongs. How it works and what it costs

Chief of Staff

I orchestrate the executive team so you can focus on leading your business.

What that looks like: Reads every director’s findings each morning and tells you the two or three that actually need a decision today.

Profitability Director

I protect and grow margins through disciplined financial analysis.

What that looks like: Separates referral fees from FBA fulfillment fees. One scales with price and the other does not, so they need opposite remedies.

Inventory Director

I optimize inventory health, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts.

What that looks like: Catches stranded and idle stock while price, Buy Box and images can still fix it, rather than after it has aged into long-term storage fees.

Sales Director

I turn data into clarity and strategy to drive revenue growth.

What that looks like: Compares periods on a stated window, so a change in revenue is a real change rather than a shift in how far back the data reaches.

Recovery Director

I recover every legitimate dollar owed to you and keep your accounts financially healthy.

What that looks like: Tracks what Amazon reimbursed, and what it quietly clawed back afterwards, which most tools never show.

Catalog Director

I protect catalog integrity and ensure every listing is accurate, compliant and performing.

What that looks like: Notices a suppressed listing the day it happens, because stock behind a dead listing earns nothing and nothing tells you.

Growth Director

I maximise profitable growth through advertising, search and Buy Box performance.

What that looks like: Judges ad spend against margin, not revenue. Growth that loses money on every unit is not growth.

Market Intelligence Director

I turn market signals into strategic intelligence so you stay ahead of competitors and customer trends.

What that looks like: Explains a revenue change rather than reporting it. A fall after discounting is a different problem from a fall in demand.

What that looks like: Keeps the follow-ups from becoming the job. Every finding that needs action becomes a task with an owner.

What the executive team actually is

Jane, Chase, Claire, Seth, Atlas, Skye, Hope, Raven and Ivy are AI, not people. The names, titles and portraits are a way of organising the platform around who owns what, so you know where a question belongs. Nobody is standing by, and no human reads your account.

Each director is given a defined remit, your own Amazon data, and explicit limits on what it may claim. They are built to say “the data does not support that” rather than produce a confident guess. They do not make decisions, place orders, change prices or contact anyone. They report, and you decide.

How usage works

Asking a director a question runs a model against your data, which costs money, so each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. A typical question costs a few credits; the daily morning brief costs six. Reading the dashboards, running syncs and using every other module is unlimited and costs no credits.

Operator
25 credits a month
Enough to try the team, not to lean on it
Pro
1,000 credits a month
Daily briefs plus regular questions
Enterprise
3,100 credits a month
Heavy daily use across a team

Run out and the platform keeps working; only the directors pause until the month resets, or you can buy a credit top-up. Your balance is always visible in the app before you ask, and the cost of a question is quoted before it runs.

AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it, and treat every figure as a starting point for your own judgement rather than a substitute for it.
