Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TenEightOne OP ("OP," "we," "us"), operated by TenEightOne Ventures, LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. We aim to be clear and conservative about exactly what we handle.
1. Information We Collect
To provide operational visibility for your Amazon business, OP may collect and process the following:
Account & registration data
- Your name, email address, company name, and contact details
- Login credentials (passwords are stored only as secure cryptographic hashes, never in plain text)
- Multi-factor authentication settings
Amazon seller data (via SP-API)
With your authorization, OP connects to your Amazon Selling Partner account through Amazon's official SP-API and may process:
- Seller account connection status
- Order data
- Inventory data
- Settlement and payout data
- Reimbursement data
- Fee data
- Product and listing data
- Account health data
Usage & analytics data
- How you interact with the Service (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)
- Device and browser information, IP address, and similar technical data
Billing data
- Billing is handled through Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (such as plan and subscription status) but do not store your full payment card details.
2. How We Access Amazon Data
OP uses Amazon's official SP-API. We do not ask for, receive, or store your Amazon Seller Central password. Access is granted by you through Amazon's authorization flow and can be revoked by you at any time.
Authorization tokens used to connect to your Amazon account are stored securely and encrypted where applicable. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide operational visibility, reporting, reconciliation, alerts, and account insights
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and (where permitted) offers
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
We do not sell your personal information or your Amazon seller data.
4. Service Providers
Your data may be processed by trusted infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, hosting providers and our payment processor (Stripe). These providers are bound to handle data only as needed to provide their services to us.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure or a deletion request, we delete or anonymize your stored seller data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, accounting, or security purposes.
6. Data Deletion & Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@teneightone.com or support@teneightone.com. Upon verifying your ownership of the account, we will disconnect your Amazon SP-API connection, delete or anonymize your stored seller data, cancel your active subscription if requested, and confirm completion. You may also disconnect your Amazon authorization yourself at any time.
7. Cookies & Analytics
OP uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function, such as maintaining your logged-in session. These essential cookies are always active because the Service cannot operate without them.
On our public marketing pages (such as our home, about, blog, and partner pages), we use Google Analytics (analytics ID G-SXXV0ZQK0M) to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source. We enable IP anonymization for this analytics.
Your choice: Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies via the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, these analytics cookies are not set and Google Analytics does not run. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will cause the notice to appear again. We do not use Google Analytics inside the authenticated application where your Amazon seller data is displayed.
If we add further third-party marketing or tracking technologies in the future — such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, retargeting pixels, or session replay — we will update this policy to disclose them and provide the appropriate notice and consent controls.
8. Security
We use security measures including encrypted credential storage, secure authentication, multi-factor authentication for staff and administrators, role-based access controls, and account separation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data. See our Security page for more.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
