TenEightOne OP OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 16, 2026

TenEightOne OP is committed to making our website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve accessibility and treat it as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

Our Target Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is widely recognized as the benchmark for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

We are working toward this standard. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, and we do not claim complete conformance at this time. We describe our status honestly rather than overstating it.

What We Have Done

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. As we add features and content, we review them for accessibility and address issues we find. Some areas of the platform — particularly dense, data-heavy views — are more challenging to make fully accessible, and we are continuing to improve them.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that complex data tables and certain interactive components may present difficulties for some assistive technologies, and these are part of our ongoing improvement work. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of TenEightOne OP. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: support@teneightone.com
Please include the page or feature involved and a description of the difficulty. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility issues and to provide the information or service you need through an alternative method where possible.

Assistive Technology & Browsers

We aim to support recent versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. If you use an older configuration and experience problems, updating to a current version may help — and we still want to hear from you so we can improve.
