Built by sellers who got tired of guessing.
Operational intelligence for Amazon, built by people who have operated on Amazon — not by a software team interpreting it from the outside.
TenEightOne grew out of two decades inside the Amazon marketplace. Since 2005, the work has spanned launching brands, untangling Seller Central, recovering lost margin, and steering accounts through every major shift in how Amazon pays, charges, and ranks.
That experience now takes two connected forms: TenEightOne Advisory, a marketplace consulting practice, and TenEightOne OP, the platform that puts the same analysis into sellers' hands directly.
Most tools optimize one slice — repricing, or keywords, or reimbursements. TenEightOne OP is built to give a seller the whole operational picture: revenue and units across every marketplace, profitability reconciled to the cent against real settlements, inventory risk, and the cross-border exposure that quietly erodes margin when a unit ships abroad.
It is not an ad agency and not a course. It is the system a seller would build for themselves if they had the time and the data discipline.
Validate against the source
Every figure is checked against real Seller Central data — settlements, transaction reports, order history — rather than trusted from an assumption. If a number can't be reconciled, it isn't shown as fact.
Separate, don't blend
Marketplaces, currencies, and order types are kept distinct. Lumping them together hides exactly the problems an operator needs to see.
Surface the decision
The goal of every view is to answer one question — what needs attention now — and to get out of the way once it's answered.
